How can I tell from my model number and serial number if my apple tv 4 is a 32gm or 64gb. I no longer have the box or receipt and it's been quite a while since I purchased it. I will not be able to plug it in and look it up on the tv.

You can try using Google, and entering "Apple TV [modelnumber]" in the search.
It should produce some information about that model and links that should show the capacity.

Look in Preferences section and you will find information that describes the specs. My apologies I am away from my Apple TV so I cannot be more specific.
Without hooking it up to the television, you may have trouble determining that.
