Chrome browser shows as option even when not installed

Long ago, I had the chrome browser installed on an old iPad. Even though it had been deleted and I no longer have that iPad, the option to use chrome still pops up on my newer devices. I cannot find anywhere to delete this option. Is this possible?

I have tried resetting my phone and configuring it manually, but this issue seems to be tied to my ID.
