Downloading block
How can I download the apps after it keeps asking for a payment method (because I have no way of payment method I can add so how do I keep downloading apps even tho I have no payment method)????

If you don't have a valid payment method for your country contact iTunes Support and see if there is anything they can/will do on their end to stop the prompt showing : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
