I cannot change it in my payment details because it states that there’s an active subscription

I have lost my credit card, so I got a new one. But I cannot change it in my payment details because it states that there’s an active subscription. How I can do this?

You will have to cancel the subscription first before you can add a new payment method, or you can contact iTunes Support for assistance, using this link, iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
