Hi, I decided to upgrade my iCloud from 5GB to the 50 GB. It requested me to update my billing account and as soon as I completed, I received a message from my bank that i have been charge RM 6. I have restarted and re-logged in but my storage plan is still the same. I have no clue who to contact.

If you do not see the upgrade try different ways:
Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT204247 --> Check to see how much iCloud storage you have
Mac computer System Preferences > iCloud > bottom right > Manage
You can also try restarting your device.
