Fraud use on my credit card
Someone got a hold of both credit cards I was using for Apple I want to add my new card but I am worried my card will be compromised again can you help me?
To change the card on an account : Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
A card's full details can't be retrieved from an iTunes account, they aren't all stored, you won't see all of the details if you view the payment details screen.
