Apple Pay has an erroneous credit card on file

I am trying to set up My Apple Pay and I am running into the air because the card on file is wrong. I have never had the card on file assigned to my account. I am trying to change the card that Apple Pay is saying is assigned to my account. Someone please help. Thanks
