Missing options on incoming phone calls on iPhone SE / iOS 12.3.1
On an incoming call, this is what my screen looks like, no other option then ‘accept’. Very disturbing. Its an iphone SE / iOS 12.3.1 whats going wrong here?

That is normal when the screen is locked. To decline, see the following from Manage incoming calls on iPhone - Apple Support
Decline a call and send it directly to voicemail
Do one of the following:
- If iPhone is unlocked, tap Decline.
- If iPhone is locked, press the side button or Sleep/Wake button (depending on your model) twice quickly.
