"Other" storage taking up 93GB

My computer is virtually unusable because the "other" section of the storage is 93GB. I put a ton of photos on a thumb drive and deleted all of my files that I don't need anymore. I also have deleted cache files. I'm running on El Capitan. What else can I do?

Computer Storage My computer's storage is almost full due to the amount of pictures and videos I have. Even though I tried putting it on the "optimized icloud storage" it still hasnt changed the amount of storage being taken from my mac.... Help?
