Issues with Safari on Mojave 10.14.5

Safari doesn't want to work. I just did a Re-Install of the iOS. I have a hard wired Internet connection as well as wifi network. I'm getting 70mbps Download and 6 Mbps Upload speeds.

Firefox is working flawlessly on my 2012 MacBook Pro.

I am getting annoyed with this. I can't find any information on how to Fix this after 5 hours of Google searching.

Is there a new version of Safari that ISN"T tied into Mojave 10.14.5 that I have to sacrifice a Goat to get?

The Big issue is that sometimes Safari works fine. But then it doesn't want to load the websites that it's been going to for the last couple of years.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Isolating an issue by using another user account

Safe Mode - About

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply        Pastebin

Try Eric Root’s idea about the New Administrator Account. It’s an excellent suggestion, being that it isolates issues. If Safari works with the new account, then something is misconfigured in your current user.

Etresoft: Post its Results so it can be reviewed.

For Common Configuration Issues:

RESET YOUR SMC and NVRAM

As a Last Resort

Also, reinstall the MacOS. Nothing would be deleted, it’s just anything that is “mis-configured” or has been removed, will be reinstalled. Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support Note: Back up your Mac with Time Machine prior to this.
