Does Apple have a service where your PC gets shut down & you call the number thats on the screen & they will help you get your PC back up & running? Or did I get scammed today. Thank you

You got scammed. If you gave the thieves your personal or financial information, or if you gave them remote access then you must change all your passwords and inform your financial institutions of the fraud.
