If you mean Screen Time you must either enter the Screen Time passcode to see restrictions, or reset it by doing a factory reset of your phone with restoring a backup-->If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Sorry, but this is a user based forum, which means you are talking to normal users like yourself. If you would like to remove the restrictions passcode on your iPhone, go to settings, restrictions, and then click disable restrictions. You will have to enter the restrictions passcode to disable them. If you don't know your restrictions passcode you will have to restore the device.

-Hope this helps!
