AppleID not connecting to Itunes Store

I created an AppleID account, when trying to log into the Itunes store it tells me I need to review my account so after accepting the terms and conditions and entering personal address details I stopped from continuing.

Whether it is through the application on the computer or the phone I get the same message "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/

Can anyone please give me a clear answer to resolve this.

If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact iTunes Support (these are user forums, not iTunes Support, we won't know why you are being told to contact Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
