Moon phase issue?

Hi

So I got the Apple Watch 4 yesterday and was delighted to see an option for moon phases, of course I set this in the middle on the modular face and it was working wonderfully until yesterday afternoon where is now doesn’t show the info - I’ve tried removing the face and setting it again and shutting off but it still doesn’t load! See pictures below - no issues loading weather etc
