I used my Apple Gift card in October 2018 that had 100.00 for a year of Apple Music I restored my phone now my Apple Music account is asking me to pay 9.99 and it haven’t been a full year yet. What is the problem

$100 at $9.99 a month covers 9 to 10 months of Apple Music (depending on local tax), not 12 months.
