Money has just taken from my card for ITUNES, but i do not even use it

Hello, from my card attached to my Apple ID has just taken off 1336,63 UAN, but i do not even use Apple Music! What should i do? How to return my money?

Why do you think it's for Apple Music ? Had you trialed or subscribed to Apple Music and not cancelled it ?


Does it show on the purchase histories of any iTunes account you've got linked to the card : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

If the app had an auto-renewing subscription just deleting it won't stop the subscription, you have to manually stop it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
