Why do you think it's for Apple Music ? Had you trialed or subscribed to Apple Music and not cancelled it ?

Does it show on the purchase histories of any iTunes account you've got linked to the card : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

If the app had an auto-renewing subscription just deleting it won't stop the subscription, you have to manually stop it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I did not request none of the game that has requested it on my apps I want them removed from my account Nd I would like my refund back they downloaded the games without my concern
