Unable to purchase anything in my App Store.

I am unable to purchase anything in my App Store. I’ve updated my payment method. I’ve added two different ones. And nothing. I go to sign in and confirm my payment. And it drags me through the settings. I always have so many problems with apple it’s getting to be upsetting and makes me want to switch to Samsung.

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods,

If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID
