If you mean are they from Apple (you know you are only talking to fellow users on these user forums) then no, they are phishing emails (Apple/iTunes knows your name so won't address you as 'dear email address' ; very poor English etc.) - you could forward them to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete them.

And it's not a good idea to post images containing your email address on a public forum

Apple won't send you an email/text telling you your account is disabled/restricted or will be disabled/restricted. You will find out the next time you try to log in somewhere.
