Can’t sign into iCloud

Hi, good day

Please I’m unable to login to my iCloud. My Apple ID is logged in but can’t login to iCloud. It gives me an error message saying “can’t sign in, the maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone”. Screenshot of error message attached.
