iphone 5s , model :a1530

My iPhone 5s has bee disabled , I required to recover by connecting to iTunes.

Please may I have the procedures.

These are the steps you should follow:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
