Disabled App Store and iTunes

My App Store and iTunes is disabled I am unable to download or update any apps

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
