upgrade icloud issue

Hi

i tried to upgrade icloud storage to be 50 GB but when i write my bank card info and finish massage apperd as your payment method was declined

so i need support to upgrade my storage

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
