Refund for iCloud Storage Upgrade

I recently had plans to upgrade my iCloud storage from free 5 GB to 50 GB but was not sure to do so. But today I accidentally upgraded by clicking the buy storage option. The charges for that got immediately debited from my bank account. Now if I downgrade it will I get money refunded or is it better to use it for one month and downgrade it?...please give me some suggestions.
