Hi, I have received an invoice from you, where its written that I have to pay 599 NOK. I dont understand where this comes from, I dont even have that much on mye iCloud. How do I fix this?

This is user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple.


Most emails like that are scams, and not from Apple. See here: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


There's probably no charge actually being made, and its just a scam or phishing attempt to try to get your payment details.

You can ignore it.


You can also follow the steps here to verify there is no subscription to extra iCloud storage: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
