How do I change or stop every time I try to use an app on my phone the login to iTunes pops up. this is an old login from years ago and I don't know the password. I recently updated the apple ID and password and Email address.

Have you got apps linked to that old account on the phone ? If you have, either reset its password so that you can login into it : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support ; or delete that content.
