Connect iPhone to computer

I don’t have a computer to connect too so how can I do this for my iPhone 7

Is your phone disabled? If so, you will have to find or borrow a computer with iTunes to restore it. There is no other fix for a disabled device.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
