Iphone battery drain issue

Hi,

I having constant problem with my iphone getting dead as soon it reaches the 40% , it switches off and after plug-in to charging , it works fine until battery is consumed down till 40% and then again it dies .

Same scenario for the past few weeks.

My iphone is updated on latest ios : 12.3.1

Battery Health is 93%

Is this some bug ? or some battery issue ?

whats the solution to this ?
