Apple 21st Century : What is the alternative way to UNDO than shaking your phone?

Could anyone let me know whether Apple came up with a brilliant idea to give users an alternative way to UNDO rather than having to shake, shake and shake a USD +1000.- iPhone device? An alternative way that would give users the possibility to UNDO at different levels in one direct selection. Well something basic and so much user-friendly.
