My ip7 camera is not working

I just got this phone and it is bought from another country and now I'm in the Philippines. I reset it then after that it automatically update the ios version after the update I cannot use my rear camera, only the zoom one. But the front camera works. can someone help me? I don't have the budget to bring this phone to the apple store.
