Podcast subscribe button in itunes is locked

This recently occurred for me but it happened when I was subscribing to podcasts and confirmation box popped up multiple times. So I checked the box "don't notify me about this again" and that is when the subscribe button "locked".

I am subscribed in my itunes library on my computer but the shows did not show up on my connnected device.

I was reading how to unlock this on other past threads but it seems the solutions to this problem stems from this one thing.

Anyone have any idea on how to "reverse" the don't notify me again instruction/preference?

iTunes > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Warnings.
