Account disabled

My apple account has been disabled in the App Store and ITunes, I can’t update any app. Why is it? How can I solve this?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
