my daughter tried to purchase robux from the game roblox and now there’s a pending charge and the apple store isn’t allowing any Downloads. Also it’s not allowing me to update the game app without charging me $40 how can I cancel the order?

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
