Enrollment in Apple Developer Enterprise

After registering with the program, they had to send instructions to the email address. Instead, we received a letter asking to change the name in Aplle id, write in Latin. I corrected, responded to the letter. How much is now waiting for letters with instructions?

process after submission I created an apple ID and received a DUNs # but haven't heard from Apple after that and cannot find the developer account. Can someone share their experience
