When I use Xender app to transfer files I cannot Find the exact file or folder it has been transferred from

Please,I would be very appreciative if you can help me with this problem..

when I use Xender app to transfer files from my memory sim card,I cannot Find the exact file or folder it has been transferred from ,the xender app except only in the xender app.i don’t want it to be in the xender for long ...

And also I want to know how I can hide my files ,get quality app on the non payment category and so on various apple brings. PDF or other formats on the file apple troubleshooting book electronically
