My Apple ID is disabled

How to undisable my Apple ID, I tried resetting my password but it’s still disabled

iPhone 8, iOS 12

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

If it isn't in the App Store iTunes, if you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?
