My watch face has gone strange. I don’t think it’s just the zoom because I can’t turn that off in settings Either on my phone or on my watch. Also the screen is just a grey box at the bottom and I can see the word can! Help!

Couldn’t turn off zoom the normal way. Had to force re-start my watch but it’s back to normal now so all sorted. Thanks everyone.
In the Watch app on your iPhone go to My Watch, General, Accessibility, and turn off Zoom unless you have visual impairment which makes it useful to you.
