Silent Mode on iPad Air (2019)

I can’t seem to find the setting to switch on silent mode on my 2019 iPad Air. I am on iOS 12.2. Will this setting for silent mode be available in control centre if I update to iOS 12.3.1?

Oh right. It is in control centre even on 12.2. I think I somehow missed it. Thanks!

The notification mute icon, the bell, should already be in Control Centre, it's not showing ? On iOS 12.3 it's not possible to remove it via Settings > Control Centre, not sure whether it was on 12.2 - does it show as an option ?
