Hi guys,
does anyone know how to change UI language? I'm based in Switzerland, while installing the app I've been prompt to choose either French or German, but I need it to be in English. Now my FCPX is installed in French, how chan I switch to English?

Go to System Preferences and Select Language and Region:
Then drag the required language to the top of the list to maki the Primary.
Your Mac will require a restart for the settings to take effect.
You may have to add (use the +/- buttons) the required language if it not in the list on the left:

You can try this app (not sure if it still works for latest MacOS).
Or more reliably, open up the app via control click, show package contents, go to Resources and switch the names of the .lproj folders so that (for example) the fr.lproj folder is really the en.lproj folder.
The language the application should appear in depends on what is set in System Preferences->Language & Region.
What do you see in your list of "Preferred Languages"?

If you want the app to be in English while the OS is in French or German, there's a way to do that, but not as simple.
