Update

My friend iPad mini 2(9.3.5) is update to 10. But I can’t update my iPad mini 2 (9.3.5).why?

What is the model number of your iPad? I am guessing that you have an iPad mini 1st gen and not an iPad mini 2. The iPad mini 1st gen maxed out at iOS 9.3.5.

Possibly, your iPad Mini cannot upgrade beyond iOS 9.3.5 is because you have a 1st gen iPad Mini and NOT an iPad Mini 2.

A 1st gen iPad Mini cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 9.3.5.

Its internal hardware is too old to run anything newer than iOS 9.3.5.
