Wrong Apple ID

So I am trying to update my apps and when I go to do it, my mac book air is asking me to enter my apple ID and password. However, there is an apple ID already listed . I try to change it but I can not remove the Apple ID. Any idea on how to remove this??

As per this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/app-store/fir0fb69db23/3.0/mac/10.14

There are several ways to install and reinstall apps that you purchased with your Apple ID or that came with your new Mac.

Note: In the App Store, all of your purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can’t be transferred to another Apple ID. If you make purchases on your iPhone, iPad or another Mac, always sign in using the same Apple ID so you can see all of your store purchases on this Mac and download any available updates.
