After pluged a thumb drive it says macOS can't repair the disk"".

the detail under the topic is "You can still open files on the disk, but you can't save changes to files on the disk. Back up the disk and reformat it as soon as you can. Then I tried first aid, it got freeze. Then I tried erase, this happens



And I have tried formatting through the terminal with most of the "diskutil" code already.


hoping to fix my thumb drive is strong in this one.


please, I need help.

My experience with several was that once they go that way nothing brings them back, but might try on a PC.
