Logi circle 2 camera not responding on HomeKit app

I have had 3 Logi Circle cameras for over a year and have not had many problems. However 3 days ago, when I go to see a video feed in the HomeKit app it’s states the camera is not responding. Although on the logi circle app the camera is working perfectly fine. Another oddity, is that even though I do not have a live video feed in Homekit, the motion sensor does work!


Logi Firmware version 5.6.49

iOS 12.3.1


I don't know what I can do to troubleshoot this other than uninstall and reinstall. Any help would be helpful!

Logi circle 2 camera is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support
