i need to get my password reset with out a phone number email only
i need to be able to reset my ipad pro with out using a phone number. i need the reset to go through an e-mail.

Which passcode do you need to reset? See here to reset the passcode to unlock the iPad if that is the one you forgot: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306.
