Why am I being asked to make anew computer account, password when I already have one?
I want to continue using the account I have with the same password in the only Mac Pro I own,
Into which I just installed an Accelsior OWC 1TB-SSD drive kit. After installing 10.11.6 am I being asked to make a new computer account, password? Same, and only computer- IP provider-modem.
I can't get past this to use the new SSD!!

To clarify, you installed a new hard drive in the Mac Pro and installed OS X El Capitan, and you're being prompted to create a new user account. Is that right? Did you migrate any data from your original hard drive to this new one? If not, it would be normal to need to create a new user account after installing OS X on a new hard drive.
Do you have a Time Machine backup made from your original drive? If so, once you create the new user account, you may be able to selectively restore the files you need: Use Time Machine to restore deleted files or older files
