fake apple email. need help and answers asap

I got a fake email from apple saying that my acc would be suspended if I didn’t sign in. Put in some personal info before I realized it was fake but didn’t go all the way through to the verification part (I put in fake info later to see if maybe it didn’t go through if you didn’t complete it and I’m still not sure) bc I didn’t complete it do you think those scammers have my info? I hit next on a personal part so do you think that’s saved? I’m so terrified that my identity will be stolen. HELP IM SO STUPID

If you receive spam, or any other email, posing as Apple, there's an article from Apple Support. This could help you with a few things. For example, Change your password immediately.
