Stumbling/stuttering movie

I purchased a movie yesterday and wanted to watch it today. About 1/3 of the way through the movie began to stutter and stumble. Stopping the movie and restarting iTunes and movie the issue happens in the same place. Maybe an incomplete download or other issue?

Have you tried deleting it re-downloading it : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support ?


If you have the same problem contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
