Reset purchased I pod
Got a used iPod touch, need to reset as it is disabled. How do I do this?

Your problem is Activation Lock, an anti-theft function. You need the seller to remove the iPof from their account. If they are not able, get your money back. The iPod is useless to you. See hhttp://support.apple.com/kb/ht5818 for information on Activation Lock and how the seller can remove it.
