Redownloading music that was purchased.

Are you able to Redownload music that you have purchased? Are you able to Redownload music after removing it from the library?

Generally yes, though there are exceptions for content that has been removed from the store by the rights holders. See Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support and Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support.
