red screen

when i try to start up my Ipad pro the apple logo pops up for a few seconds and then the screen blinks red. I tried to restore the ipad using iTunes on my pc but it doesn't work.

Couldn't find anything usefull on the support pages. Can't find an email to contact support as well...

Any solutions for this?
