i would like to ask. If my previous android phone had a Trojan virus. And my gmail account and other app accounts was in that phone. And as of now I am using my new iPhone XR. If I were to log in my gmail account or other app accounts example: Facebook or Instagram in my new I phone will the malware spread through my accounts and will it be infected?

malware are software, virus are software
only way to install software on an unjailbroken IOS device is from apples app store
mails, sms sites non of them and install software on your device
phishing on the other hand is another thing because they just get you to give them your credentials on your own
I use an hotmail, gmail, yahoo and aol and icloud mail accounts on mine so unless it's disabled you can
if it's been compromised you may wish to change the password and enable 2 factor authentication though
